Year 10 Food Studies

Our Year 10 Food Studies chefs have been busy cooking up some delicious around the world Christmas challenge recipes! Nikki McNamara made Italian Butter Cookies, Jonathan Ziersch Lemon Tiramisu. Ana Cutchie made Russian Tea Cakes, Abbey Kelly decided on a savoury dish, of Russian Lamb Dumplings with Sour Cream. Ben Burch made Pecan Pie. Saxon Cowling was extremely pleased with his Luxembourgish Damson Tart, Viky Cutchie chose to create beautiful Dutch Cookies. Ruby Stickland’s Yuletide Log didn’t last very long when it came to tasting time! Duncan Rentsch chose to make Apple Puffs from the USA they disappeared very quickly! And Sarah Williams made Apple Butterscotch Pie- the best meringue EVER!
