LEVNT Strategic Planning Day

Last Friday, Belle Stickland and Shannen Wedding, along with myself, attended the LEVNT (Lutheran Education – Vic, NSW, Tas) Strategic Planning Day, along with students and principals from other regional schools. We explored the strategic priorities of the region, with a strong emphasis on the educational needs of students rather than financial or compliance matters. Belle and Shannen presented their views in the student-focused group on a number of issues, such as worship, Christian Studies, teaching and classroom environments and also presented publicly to all the participants. They were articulate, thoughtful and engaging, representing our college with distinction. There will be future meetings as LEVNT refines its strategic priorities over the next few years.
