I think we all approach our last week of term with joy and quiet satisfaction. It has been a term like no other, with all of us, staff and parents alike, sharing the learning journey with the children in our care. We all share a sense of weariness in having travelled this extraordinary journey together, but rejoice in the fruits of our labour and the opportunity for rest and rejuvenation during these upcoming school holidays.
I really want to acknowledge the tremendous amount of work staff and families have put in since the end of Term One. The new learnings, understandings, skills and knowledge that have been acquired, together with a greater understanding of how students learn best, will stand us in good stead for the future as a united community.
