Cross Country
As you may be aware, we have our Cross Country event coming up on the 21st of August. The event will be run at the Senior Campus around the Farm and Oval. This means you should be in training. Your training for this can be done in many forms, as long as it makes you huff and puff. Those that are super keen should be doing 3-6 runs per week. My advice to everyone else is to measure out your distance and time yourself. See if you can beat that time in the lead up and on the day of the Cross Country. (21st August)
The distances are as follows:
6 and 7 year olds – 1.5kms
8-15 boys – 3kms
8-18 Girls – 3kms
16+ boys – 5kms
