R U OK?

R U OK? Day is happening on the 10th of September,  the message this year is ‘there’s more to say after R U OK?’. The events of 2020 have had a huge impact on everyone young and old. That’s why it’s so important to have a conversation with others and to check-in and stay connected.

There are four simple steps to do this:

1. Ask
2. Listen
3. Encourage Action
4. Check-In.
