Teacher Aide Appreciation Week

September 3, 2020

As a college, supporting children in their faith and learning is our top priority. To enable the best outcomes for our students in the learning environment, we employ a number of Teacher Aides. Our team here at the Junior Campus go above and beyond every day to cater for each student, and we thank them wholeheartedly.

Led by our Learning Support Coordinator Mrs Marion Huf, we are blessed to have Miss Sophie Jurecky, Mrs Tracey Schultz, Mrs Ruth Hayward and Miss Jacinta Puls who have been working together with our teachers to ensure that each child has the support to progress confidently towards their goals. During this time of remote learning, they have extended their roles in every direction, and they have been joined by Miss Belle Stickland (borrowed from the Senior Campus) and Mr Jarryd Noller (who has assisted in the classroom in addition to his Chaplain/Counsellor duties).

We held a special morning tea on Thursday for our Teacher Aides; a small expression of our thanks for their hard work and dedication.

We also acknowledge the work of the Senior Campus Teacher Aides: Mrs Tracey McDonnell (in addition to her role as Learning Support Coordinator) and Miss Emma Jurecky. Thank you for everything you do!
