Staff Update

It is with mixed emotions that I communicate with you the promotion of Mr Rhett Beattie to a Senior PE position at Baimbridge College. Rhett has been a dedicated servant for the past 8 years at Good Shepherd College. Nearly every student who has passed through the college has been taught by him, either as a PE or general class teacher, as well as experienced various camps and outdoor education activities with his leadership.

He has co-ordinated the extraordinary growth in our basketball program, as well as led numerous sporting opportunities for our community. His dedication, passion and energy to provide experiences for our students will be deeply missed.

However, we also celebrate with him this new and exciting opportunity, knowing that the Baimbridge community will greatly benefit from his experience and energy. We wish him all the best in his new endeavours. Rhett’s final day with us will be next Friday, where we hope our community can return to farewell him appropriately.
