Wood Work

Before the start of remote learning, a number of our Year 9/10 students completed their first woodwork project – a basic mobile workbench. This project allowed students to use a number of skills learnt throughout the first part of the year, including the safe use of power tools, the design/make process and construction techniques. These personalised workbenches will be used by students to build future projects as the year progresses – such as bookshelves, furniture and individual projects.
