Teaching & Learning

Classroom

Our junior campus staff work as a team to achieve the vision and values of Good Shepherd College.

The staff plan and program cooperatively to provide effective learning outcomes for all students and create a professional learning environment which promotes the sharing of knowledge and best practice in all classrooms.

The staff strive to provide a warm and exciting setting for learning in the early years. Classrooms reflect a stimulating and challenging learning environment, and a most welcoming atmosphere for students and parents.

Good Shepherd College offers learning in Mathematics, English, Christian Studies, Humanities, Science, Arts and Personal, Social and Physical Education.

Christian Studies & Specialist Subjects

Students participate in a Christian Studies program that encourages them to develop an understanding of Christian beliefs and values. Single subject teachers take the students for Bounce Back,  Music and Physical Education.

Volunteers

The junior campus have a strong focus on developing partnerships between home and school. Volunteers are welcomed into the classrooms and are valued for their contribution.
