Senior Secondary: Personalised Pathways

Recognising that every learner’s aspirations and strengths are unique, Good Shepherd College Hamilton provides flexible senior secondary pathways to support students in achieving their future goals.

Students can tailor their final years of school by choosing the path that best aligns with their interests, abilities, and post-school ambitions:

Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)

An academically rigorous pathway designed for students aiming for tertiary education, university admissions, or specific career entry points requiring an ATAR.

VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM)

A vocational and applied learning program within the VCE. This pathway gives students practical experience, trade-seeking skills, and direct preparation for employment or further training.

Vocational Education & Training (VET)

To enhance senior secondary opportunities, the College partners with local Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to provide access to a broad selection of industry-relevant VET programs.
