Our Staff

The Good Shepherd College teachers are dedicated and experienced educators who are committed to helping each student reach their full potential. Our teachers come from a range of backgrounds and bring diverse perspectives and expertise to the classroom. They are committed to christian education and through ongoing professional learning are constantly developing their practice and responding to the needs of our students. 

At our school, we believe that teaching is not just about imparting knowledge, but about building strong relationships with students and fostering a love of learning. We create supportive and inclusive classrooms where students feel valued and respected. We use a range of teaching approaches and strategies to cater to different student needs, and through a cycle of reflective practice we are always looking for ways to adapt and improve.

Classroom teachers are supported by a dedicated team of Learning Support Officers (LSO) and Educational Administration staff. The LSO's work with students assisting with learning tasks as required. 

All our staff contribute to the school's cocurricular programs, mentor students in leadership roles, and participate in professional learning opportunities to inform their professional practice. We are are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our students and to inspiring a lifelong love of learning, care and service.
