Fitness

Year 9 and 10 students are in the middle of a fitness program. Parents, feel free to quiz them on their fitness goals the types of activities they are including. The have been going to Vitality on Fridays, however are expected to complete at least two other sessions during each week. The Years 3-6 students are also doing fitness circuit during sport. The exercises are designed to improve core strength and balance. They are recording their results, we hope to see a big improvement at the end of the unit in a couple of weeks.
