Hamilton Shoot

The very first Senior School Clay Target Shoot was held on Monday 12th September at the Hamilton Shooting Range. Good Shepherd College was represented by Edwin Rentsch, Mitchell Parker, Will Baker and Chloe Eastwood.

They participated against 20 other shooters, mostly from Monivae College, in a 50 shot competition. At the halfway mark, Edwin held a slim lead on the field with 23 from 25, whilst Chloe held a strong lead in the girls section with 17 from 25. Both went on to win first place – an amazing result for our College. Edwin finished with a total of 44 from 50, and Chloe with 34 from 50. Will finished in equal 7th place (36/50) while Mitchell came 9th overall (31/50). A super effort!
